Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our custom mascot costume service. Since all of our mascot costumes are custom-made according to each customer’s design, size, color, logo, and production requirements, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom-Made Products

All mascot costumes are made to order. Each product is customized based on the customer’s approved design, reference images, specifications, and production details.

Because custom products cannot be resold once production has started, they are not eligible for general returns or exchanges.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order within 48 hours after placing the order.

After 48 hours, the order will enter the design, material preparation, or production process. Once this process has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed without additional cost.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds after 48 hours from the time the order is placed.

Refunds are not available for the following situations:

• The customer changes their mind after 48 hours

• The customer no longer needs the product

• The customer provides incorrect design details, size, color, logo, or delivery information

• The customer delays confirmation of design files, renderings, videos, or shipping details

• The product has already entered production or has been completed

4. Design Confirmation

Before production, we may provide design renderings or confirmation materials for the customer to review. Customers are responsible for checking all details carefully, including design, color, logo, size, shape, and other custom requirements.

Once the customer confirms the design, production will begin based on the approved version.

5. Production and Finished Product Confirmation

After production is completed, we may provide photos or videos of the finished product for customer confirmation.

If there is a production issue caused by our factory, we will review the case and provide a reasonable solution, such as repair, adjustment, or replacement of the affected part when applicable.

6. No Returns for Custom Products

Since mascot costumes are personalized and custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect caused by our factory.

Minor differences in color, material texture, handmade details, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen display, fabric characteristics, and manual production. These are not considered product defects.

7. Shipping Fees and Taxes

Shipping fees are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs will be calculated separately based on the delivery address, order quantity, package size, and shipping method.

Our prices do not include taxes, import duties, customs fees, or other local charges. Any such fees charged by the destination country or region are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Important Notice

By placing an order, the customer agrees that the product is custom-made and understands that orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 48 hours.
